And if you want to share the note with others, you can either ‘Like’ it (which makes it public), or ‘Recommend It’ (which allows you to recommend it to your friends). It doesn’t matter whether you do these actions individually or together; once you’ve done one of them, the other action is automatically preformed.
For example, say you like a note from someone called ‘Drew’, and you want to tell Drew about it. To do this, you could either Like his note, or Recommend it to him. When you Share a note, you’re effectively sending it out into the world – so you probably don’t want to do that unless you know it’s safe!
Finally, we should mention that while you can add a privacy note to any public page, you can only share it with people who follow you on Facebook. But, if they haven’t followed you yet, you can still Add them to your Private Note List. This lets you invite them to join you on your secret Facebook pages, where you can share your deepest thoughts and secrets with them.

Then, fill in the details of the page, and click Post. Once you’ve posted your note, you can click ‘View’ to check how many times it’s been viewed.

It’s important to remember that you can only send a note to people who are connected to you on Facebook. So, if you’re trying to send a note to someone who doesn’t use Facebook, you’ll need to email them!
